Со спортом дружил только в школе и время взяло своё. Пошёл в этот зал, потому как ближе к дому, но не это главное. Самостоятельно заниматься не рискнул, так как техники не знаю. Занимаюсь с инструктором Ксенией и результат на лицо.
Во-первых, сбросил уже 10 кг и это не предел. Во-вторых, техника. Благодаря Ксении и ее подходу даже к самому тугому в спорте человеку все делаю правильно. В третьих - комплекс упражнений всегда разный. По началу было сложно, но теперь влился и хочется совершенствоваться. Понимаю, что это тот случай, когда все сошлось: зал, инструктор, методика.
